This is a very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville. Located right in the heart of everything -- you can easily make your way to the main strip of Nashville music bars and clubs, the pedestrian foot bridge which takes you over to the Titans stadium, and the foodie restaurants that have popped up nearby. The hotel itself is very nice -- amazing comfortable beds, a nice array of toiletries, and spacious rooms. I like this new trends of bathrooms that feel clearly separated from the room itself. The public areas of the hotel were nicely spaced with features such as piano player nightly and a lively lobby. I had some check in hiccups that were not okay. My team was arriving late so we called ahead to secure the rooms. After a long drive, we arrived and had to wait 15 minutes per person while they figured out which rooms were clean. Price tags on other amenities are high, but service is good. The gift shop was at exploitation prices but the team was very nice. Valet parking is the only option available, but the staff is highly accessible and there was never an extensive wait. So that gets two thumbs up. I also ordered room service and recevied a "tuna burger" that was more breadcrumbs than fish. But the staff was again incredibly kind. This is a nice place with great services -- with improvements around the edges, it could be perfect.
