“Great location and hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

I stayed here for 3 nights for a convention at the Music City Center. The hotel is lovely and inviting. They are working on the park right in front of the hotel, but it wasn't too noisy or intrusive. My suite was directly off the hotel elevators, and facing Broadway, but for the most part was very quiet. I was never bothered by the elevators or guests of the hotel. I could hear some noise from Broadway, but the the bed was too comfortable for that to keep me awake. The location was excellent for visiting Nashville. I ate the breakfast buffet for two mornings. The food was good and fresh, and the service was friendly and professional. My room was spotless. No complaints at all about this hotel.

We arrived before the 3:00 check in and were provided a room immediately. Mind you, I had already checked in the day before. We were upgraded as well to a lovely 1 bedroom suite on the 8th Floor. The room had 2 dbl beds separated from the sitting area. The sitting area had plenty of seating space and had a nice work desk. The bath had a nice tub with a very nice vanity. The room came with all the amenities you could ask for. I forgot my toothbrush and they rushed one right to our room. They have been doing a lot of remodeling on this property and it is just lovely. Very modern and contemporary. The lobby is huge. There was so much going on in the city and it was hopping everywhere. The hotel was full. The bands around the hotel were playing until 4:00am and this could be heard from our hotel room. We have stayed there before and always enjoy staying here. It is such a great location and is close to everything.

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper, you may ask for a quieter room in the hotel because you can hear the ban...

The hotel has a tremendous location. The staff was great. The rooms were clean and updated. HD TV in both rooms (suite) with all HD channels. The fitness room was great. The only down side was the internet service in the room. It cost $10 per day which I think is unnecessary because the room was expensive. I had a lot of difficulty connecting to the service.

I have stayed her before and have always had a good experience. Check-in was easy and efficient. The desk clerks were cheerful. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds had toppers on them and were quite comfortable. Down comforters were cozy. Cleaning staff were accommodating with extra towels and glasses. The breakfast was great. I recommend the yogurt parfait! There were cold and hot choices. The latte machine was a very nice surprise! It save me a lot of money as I didn't have to go out for "special" coffee. The workout room was small but they have some very good equipment. There were never many people in it so it really was adequate. The location is perfect if you're going to a concert or just want to experience the awesome Nashville band-scene. 1 block from Broadway (the strip) and across the street from the arena. They charge for in room internet, so be advised of that. Check out was quick. No problems.

Stayed here for 3 nights while attending a conference at Music City Center. This hotel is walking distance from anywhere you want to go in Nashville. I had a really quiet room that faced the Music City Center - I image the rooms that face broadway are noisy. The hotel bar is a great place to hang out and grab a drink or some food. All the rooms are suites, with a separate living room - plenty of room!

The Hotel is a great location in downtown Nashville. Easy walking to about anything you would want to see. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Concierge Joe Mack Treas was extremely helpful in arranging dinner reservations and entertainment options. I would definitely stay at the Hilton next time I am in Nashville.

First of all the hotel is extremely nice with a large lobby. The lobby is poorly designed with vast amounts of wasted space and a tiny bar with only 6 seats tucked under the steps. There could have a large beautiful inviting bar designed with seating for 35 or more. Instead there is a tiny bar with odd seating and tables and two TVs that are out of place. The room was very well designed with a separate living room and couch TV desk, bedroom in a separate room and a large bathroom. My wife's only complaint, no bathtub. The location is one block to broadway and pretty much anywhere you want to go is all central to this hotel. I would highly recommend it and you will be happy you chose this hotel.

Dear juicer, thank you for the recommendation and we are glad our location made it convenient and easy for you to enjoy the downtown entertainment and activities. We are disappointed to learn that your wife would have preferred a tub and we did not advise you that we offer a tub/shower combination in our suites with 2 beds.

We hope you will return to Nashville and visit us again us.

Best regards,

Melanie
