“Awesome hotel and a great bargain!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2009

We were very impressed with this hotel, the rooms were beautiful and extremely clean. We had a suite and it is quite large for the price of the room. Great location and close to everything and not far from downtown. Had planned on staying at Opryland but the prices were almost double and they charge $18-$24 a day for parking. Save your money and stay at Hampton you can take free shuttle to Opryland and enjoy everything in the hotel except the rooms.

This hotel is very clean, beds are very comfortable, breakfast is good and it is very close to the Grand Ole Opry. The decor is great with the browns and blues. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a King Suite.

Just got back from a great weekend in Nashville. Looked at almost all of the hotel reviews for Nashville and decided on this place. First their staff is friendly helpful and energetic. The room was clean comfortable and woth the price. I checked they are new just opened last Nov. They are tucked into the Opryland music drive area, which makes them the perfect spot to start from. Bed was just right and I'm a big guy, no back aches or morning stiffness. I don't know where they found their pillows but I almost took them home, soft just right for sticking your tired head into. They use pillow top comforters which I find nice but my wife started talking like she wanted one so beware it may cost you once they see it.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn from Sept 14-16th based upon the reviews. It was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. Kate who drove the shuttle was AWESOME!!! She was the best and very informative which helped us out a lot since we relied on the shuttle for this trip and being our first time in Nashville. Even though we were there three days it felt like saying goodbye to family.
The hotel was also able to give us early check-in and also held our bags for us until it was time to leave for the airport. This gave us a chance to explore the Opry before we flew out on Wed. Overall would return and stay at the hotel again, the only thing would be to rent a car because there just is so much to see but also use the free shuttle to go over to Gaylord so you don't have to pay to park either.
Also, I have stayed at other Hampton Inns in other states and always had trouble sleeping on the bed but this new Hampton (opened November 2008) has the better beds which I was able to sleep with no trouble.

A great place to stay for business, with family, or with significant other. Great location right near the Opryland Hotel (stay here for a conference at 2/3 the cost). Very nice outdoor pool - larger than a typical Hampton. Plenty of nearby places to eat and not far from the airport. I would stay here again for sure.

Terrific location for Grand Ole Opry - 2 minute drive to the Opry Mills Mall - park there for free to go to Opry and be sure to walk through the spectacle of Opryland Resort (without the $275 a night charge!)!
Not too far from downtown - 15 minute drive to the downtown Visitors Center, Ryman, Broadway and the Hall of Fame.
As mentioned by most everyone, this hotel is clean, fresh and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choice, including fresh fruit, hot options and fantastic biscuits! (love the south! ;-)
