Great hotel. Staff was always friendly and helpful, and never failed to speak when passed in hallways. HD TV left a little to be desired, as the picture was not as crisp as HD should be. Beds are to DIE for SOFT pillows and bed covers will keep an eskimo warm in an icestorm. If you like a firmer pillow, bring your own as there are 4 soft ones on each bed.

This is no a nice place to stay...We were told had sleeper sofa ..did not .. was told it had a refrig. it did not .. as for pet free smoke free room .. the room smelt like both !!! Ask for a room for elderly person they gave us a room with 9 steps to get up to it..When spoke to the front desk ..they could have cared less... When asked for directions they said they didnt know... when asked for extra towels the girl could not speak english and had no clue as to what I was asking for...
Very poor quality as for a Sheraton not worth it ... would not stay again...

My husband has business in Nashville and stays here quite frequently. Now that our daughter is attending Vanderbilt University, we will stay here even more often. Many parents like to stay in hotels closer to the school, but the 20-minute drive to downtown Nashville to the Sheraton Music City is well worth it. Everything about the hotel is great--the lobby, the rooms, the restaurant, and especially the staff. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

The hotel was beautiful, on a beautiful property. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It is a five minute drive to downtown Nashville and a two minute drive to the airport. I did not have the opportunity to visit the restaurant.
