My husband and I, along with several other middle-age couples, booked rooms to enjoy a weekend of music in Nashville. We arrived back at our rooms about 2:00 a.m.and were preparing for bed when we received a knock on the door and a hotel employee informed us that they had received a complaint from another guest that we were too "noisy." Okay, 2:00 a.m., we'll buy that, even though we were doing nothing more than talking. Between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. we were up getting ready to check out when we received another knock on the door, with the same complaint. Apparently, the next door guest had complained yet again. I thank the guest for their comments and feedback regarding the service at the hotel.
It is good to hear the hotel was clean and the accomodations (linens) were comfortable. I do apologize for the construction of the hotel and lack of soundproof materials (between rooms and in the guest corridors) that didn't allow the guest to carry on in the fashion they desired.
Sincerely,
