We booked a Suite for 9 nights over the Christmas holidays. This hotel is an older Nashville icon, we had a spacious suite close to a rear exit making it easy to load and unload all of our luggage, gifts, etc. This hotel is also pet friendly. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The location is great for going anywhere in and around Nashville. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Room Tip: Pay the extra for a king suite.

Our room was booked thru Hotwire and was a great deal. Hotel is lovely, room comfortable, spacious and clean. Our biggest complaint was the $10 per day charge to use the Internet and no common coffee to be found to grab a morning cup. Also was awakened twice before checking out by cleaning crew. Would probably choose a more pampering hotel next time unless the price is really great.

The Music City Sheraton has been a great host hotel for TSU's homecoming over the last decade or more, but it is definitely time for some renovations.

My wife and I have stayed here during either the Thanksgiving or Christmas Holidays, once each year for the last five years. Each year we notice a decline in the rooms’ upkeep (e.g. closet doors off track, dulling colors of carpeting and decor, etc.).

We like the Sheraton chain; especially typical locales in other major cities. Plus you can cop a phenomenal rate on Priceline during the slower holiday weeks. It's just time for management to give the hotel a little extra attention with a facelift.

We got a room at this hotel through a Hotwire deal. Paid $72(pre tax/fees). Room was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. We purposely wanted to be outside opry area traffic during holiday season but close enough we didn't have to drive forever to get over to that area for Rockettes and shopping. This room was perfect for our family. Lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and staff was pleasant! Would definitely return!

Got a really good deal at a travel site - was close to airport and downtown attractions. Staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the little balcony and chairs outside the room as well as the bar/lounge area for a cocktail.

I got a great deal on Hotwire. The hotel is a little off the beaten path and is in a nice, peaceful area. It is located in the vicinity of the airport, and from our room we could see but not hear the planes, so the hotel is fairly soundproof. The beds were very comfortable, with the only drawback being that they were double beds instead of queens. Our balcony overlooked the roof and rusty air conditioning units with very little of nature visible, but considering the rate I got, I can't really complain about that. Most of the other rooms appear to have a better view.
They do not have free wifi! It seems to me that this is something, like indoor plumbing, that is no longer a luxury and should not incur an additional fee to use! I wish the more expensive hotels would stop charging for a service the less expensive hotels offer for free.

Overall, good stay!

A little piece of Nashville, the restaurant is an unfound treasure. Excellent we give it a 5 star rating. Hotel is a 3 star overall. But a good value all in all.
We are a group of 6 we had 3 rooms. We were close together on the same floor and the hotel staff made us feel at hone & comfortable.

Room Tip: Very accommodating staff. Friendly, helpful and a pleasure to stay at this establishment.
