“Great experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2014

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff was helpful, the room was attractive and very clean. I appreciated that the housekeepers were quiet in the morning. My stay confirmed my confidence in the Hampton Inn brand.

A good long walk to the centre of Nashville or a 10$ taxi ride. Rooms are excellent, spacious, very quiet and comfortable. We liked the kitchenette very useful with kids. Desk staff very helpful with directions.

Room Tip: Room 401 was very comfortable, but fridge was a bit noisy.

I was greeted with a smile then my room had ants moved to another room then the bathroom sink faucets swiveled. needed extra towles never got them. Tried to make reservations for the next week and was told to go use a computer to make my reservations the front desk clerk could /would not make them and then would not match my coworkers rate. The Homewood Suites across the street is more bang for your buck.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, two rooms (one suite, one standard room). Provides a door dividing the sleeping area from the main room, a plus for us. Very close to Vanderbilt University so the cost is slightly higher than hotels further away. That said, the hotel is clean, service is excellent, and free breakfast is better than the usual "suite hotel complimentary breakfast", and Wi-Fi speed was an amazing 20 Mb/s. Highly recommended, especially if you are visiting Vanderbilt.

This Hampton Inn had exceptional high quality in accomodations and service. Comfortable beds, reliable wifi, pleasant lobby to hang out in, nice and helpful staff at front desk and breakfast. Plus great location next to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt.

I think this hotel was renovated a couple years ago and the rooms still look and smell brand new. There were no problems at with my room. The breakfast area is huge and the fireplace is a nice feature. The business center has multiple computers and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone staying in Nashville to stay here.

Room Tip: get a room on the top floor

This hotel was great. From the rooms to the lobby to the parking ,it was great! It is very accessible to everything the city has to offer. Go to the park down the street for a nice walk in the morning.
