“Great price and location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2012

We were coming to Nashvill to go to ICE! at Opryland and visit friends. I typically stay at Hyatts because I am a rewards member and I really like their rooms. This particular location had a really helpful and super friendly staff and using the shuttle was effortless and so convenient. Instead of dealing with the traffic ourselves their shuttle service ran every hour and took us to Opryland. Their breakfast is also on point. My only complaint, and not that it's even a true complaint, but their lobby is a lot smaller than most Hyatts I have stayed out and it's not a good layout for the large breaksfast crowd in the morning. Other than that, I would highly suggest staying at this hotel since the price is right and you can still enjoy Opryland ammenities.

We spent a week staying in hotels through Tennessee and this was our favorite. Great customer service, amenities, full breakfast. It definitely checked all of our boxes. Eric offered to drive us to the Opryland hotel in the shuttle and gave us his card to call when we were ready to be picked up. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Second time we have stayed here with Priceline. Makes it an excellent value. Best free breakfast I have ever seen. Room is like a suite. Very clean. Nice staff. I would definitely recommend. And hope to stay there once again.

The hotel in a great location. It’s close to several restaurants and the Gaylord Opryland and Mills Mall. Short drive to other location attractions and downtown.

Great breakfast. Nice sized rooms. Friendly staff.

This place hit all my high points, cleanliness being the highest. Well maintained and the staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast offered a large variety that everyone would like.
Highly recommend. Right near Opryland. You could really walk there if you wanted.

From the time you walked in till walking out it was a very pleasant experience. The room (suite) was spotless clean, the sofa comfy and what a nice touch having a blanket handy to put over you in case you nap while watching TV!! The staff was very friendly, had lots to recommend of things to do and the breakfast was the best we've had the whole 4 months we were on the road! The only thumbs down to the suite was the bathroom was rather small but it was a minor detail as everything else was so spacious. But if ever in Nashville again the Hyatt would be our "go to" place to stay....

Room Tip: Away from the front of the building

We stayed here with Hyatt Points so I have no idea about the prices but we thought it was a very nice hotel. Room looked similar to other Hyatt Place rooms so if you stay here a lot you will feel right at home.

Parking is free.

The staff was a bit uninterested. Not unpleasant, but they only said what they had to say and did not make any extra effort to provide you with some more information or ask if they could help with anything else. Different from the Hyatt Place in Atlanta where the girl behind the desk immediately pulled out a map of the city for us and started to point out good spots to go to.

The hotel is about a 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville but very close to the Grand Ole Opry and the Opry Mills Mall.

Breakfast is very good: there was forest fruit every morning to put in your yoghurt or to accompany your waffle. There were eggs and little bakery treats.
Very nice!
