“Upgrading the property”

I've been staying at this property for years and they have been upgrading both rooms and common areas. Lobby and "dining" area the latest and it looks great.
Prefer the location as it's near everything, but still get a decent place to walk or run.

My husband stayed here for 2 nights when were in town for a concert.
The hotel staff are very nice and pleasant.
The king size bed was very comfortable and I am picky about mattresses!

The only 2 things that I had problems with were the cleanliness and the old comforters.
The first comforter we had,had a blood stain and an cigarette burn on it. The maid brought me another one,it was clean but very worn out and covered in lint balls.
The carpets in the hall on the 6th floor looked at if they had not been vacuumed in days!

Price was not that great really. $90 bucks a night.

Would possibly stay again just because of the comfy bed :)

When I go to Nashville this is where I stay! I fly in and the hotel has free airport transportation! Its only 5-10minutes away from the Opry Mills Mall and Grand Ole Opry!!! they have an AWESOME breakfast and rooms are always nice for the price.

Stayed here for two nights with many problems, no hot water in our shower for some reason, hotel booked a four day wedding party with tent in the parking lot, revel era overwhelmed parking, forcing hotel guests to park on street. Hallways of the sixth floor reeked of smoke, worse than a bar room. Location to Nashville, airport and opryland only saving grace. Obviously a poorly remodeled older hotel, spend ten bucks more nearby and enjoy a better stay

We got into our room and thought....ok. Nothing much but it was clean. Toilet bowl would hardly flush, you had to hold down lever for at least 20 seconds and than do again to flush completely. The bathroom door was peeling at the bottom.
In the morning we got up and was out by 11 am. We got back at 4:30 to get dressed and showered for the Grand Ole' Opry show that was at 7.
When we got back the room had never been cleaned. We called the front desk and they said they would send towels immediately. After 20 minutes I walked to the desk and the house cleaner was just coming down the hallway. A woman at the desk was a bit rude. She very negatively said "she was there 1st thing this morning and couldn't get in to clean because you were still in the room". Yes we were still in the room, not everyone leaves the room at 7am! We got in late the night before. However in 5 + 1/2 hours our room should have been cleaned.
We got our towels and that was it, no garbage emptied, no clean bedding.
The breakfast was powdered eggs and nasty, nasty food!
We all had cereal only. It would have been nice to had some fresh fruit maybe a banana!
Will never recommend!
