what a great apartment with the height of luxury appointments and a stunning view for a very reasonable price. our booking had been muffed by the previous management but Jackie helped us out to the maximum. We couldn't have asked for anymore! i would definitely recommend these apartments and will return when we visit Nagambie next time. Thanks Jackie for your hospitality. Lynne and her reunion crew.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and were impressed with its layout and location in town. However, the unit itself, and more generally the rest of the complex looked neglected and in need of a good clean and some general maintenance. The kitchen is equipped with hot plates, an oven and a microwave but apart from one small saucepan and one very old and scratched non- stick frying pan there was nothing to cook food in. The cutlery drawer had only 2 knives - for crockery there were 4 big dinner plates, 6 cups and saucers,1 coffee mug and an assortment of glasses - there were no cereal bowls and no bread and butter plates. Other kitchen utensils were minimal but sadly lacking a bottle opener or cork screw.in terms of cleanliness the carpets needed a good vacuum as well as a clean while there was a layer of dust over the furniture - the showers also needed a good clean. If the units were clean and better equipped there may be justification for the high nightly rates being asked.

New Managment blaming old managment, and when asked if they would honour previously agreed request to accommodate an additional person was told that they don't do that. I cancelled my booking as it no longer suited our groups needs. No effort was made to accommodate my request nor was any suggestion offered. I can't tell you what the apartments like, but I would warn you to check all details!!!!

Jacqui could not have been more helpful! From phone calls (due to management change over and booking hiccup) to the lovely smiling cheery nature that we were greeted with upon arrival, we could not have been more impressed. New management - be patient and give them a fair go. The apartments are very clean and the complex is impressive. The view is amazing, the pool is beautiful. jacqui will do her best to meet your demands, and attend to any queries you have. No problem is too small. We will definitely be back. Very relaxing. Booked a two night stay at The Jetty Nagambie. Website looks great but don't be deceived.

First issue was the booking, on ringing I spoke to a male who has no customer service skills, and who sounded like the cleaner! Very difficult to understand, and I wasn't even sure that he understood the booking. Later had to change the dates, left a message which was responded to by a woman (later found to be his wife), who said she had changed the dates by one day.On arrival, mass confusion between the couple, who had crossed out the AMENDED booking dates, and left it with the original booking. No apologies for the confusion, despite the woman admitting I had rung and changed the booking.

Finally into a 2 bedroom unit with views over Lake Nagambie. Unit is modern and of a high standard, but the standard of maintenance and cleaning was concerning. Much of the glassware had to be washed as it was not clean, there was no dishcloth, and about 2 inches of toilet paper. There was a lack of utensils such as an egg slide. There were cobwebs visible on the walls and ceiling, and the patio was dirty.

Outside there is an indoor pool which is closed and dirty. The infinity pool on the lake edge was filthy, and not suitable for use. The tables and chairs outside were also very dirty, and the lack of care was clearly visible.

This venue would be great if more attention was given to improving the level of maintenace and attention to detail, which was clearly lacking. Will not recommend for a visit while it continues in this state.

A one night stay right on the lake! Beautiful view, great room, well appointed, wonderful sunset, comfy bed but all was not perfect! No dishcloth to wash dishes or wipe benches, rubbish and ashtray still full from previous occupant, cooktop and oven not clean, gas fire wouldn't stay alight, 2nd room not hired by us but bed unmade and spent a long time in the high tech shower trying to get things to work! Instructions required for that thing - even just for a basic shower. TV in shower didn't work. Insufficient water pressure to run all side shower jets properly. Complementary mini breakfast bar contained 2 mini cereal boxes and one 15ml capsule of milk! On site cafe not open but I knew that from other TA contributors! No-one around at checkout time to complain to.

Apartment was clean and spacious, with great views over the lake and infinity pool. We shared with another couple so it was good having upstairs and downstairs bedrooms which gave privacy. The pub close by delivered good quality/tasty food and the bakery is a good place for brekkie/lunch. Fowles Tahbilk Winery is close by .. Good wines and restaurant, jams and condiments are also avail. There's also an hrs eco tour of the billabong/river.

Room Tip: Higher numbered units have a better view of the lake and pool area. Units are different sizes.
