We went to Cedar Creek Sports Center to try out the go-carts and the bumper boats. Just a short day trip from Nashville. The boys LOVED it! It was their first experience with both, and the young men staffing the 'rides' were helpful and good with the boys. The staff inside the building was nice and competent. It was not crowded, so no lines to wait. It was hot, but that was to be expected. Overall, yes, a bit dated, not well attended, but a good place for an hour or two with the kids! We will go back, and we do recommend this attraction for anyone in the area. Just a note, take the kids over to the Charlie Daniels park either before or after your visit to Cedar Creek. Also, there are coupons in the Entertmt guide, and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping venues just a few miles south on Mt. Juliet road at the Providence Market Place.

It may have the most boring putt putt course ever.. all green with little orange blocks to get in the way. It's over priced for what you get. It seriously needs updating to something more like Grand Ole Golf or the ones in Gatlinburg. My kids won't even play the putt putt there. The go karts are ok, they are pretty slow and the track is kind of dull but the kids love it. the bumper boats are a little rectangular pool with the boats in them. There isn't alot of room but they were pretty fun. The only problem is they are rarely open even during peak season. There are also batting cages and a hitting range which I know nothing about as Ive never done either but they look about like normal. There is a nice arcade inside withsome snack foods. The people that work there are pretty nice but no one actually is stationed at the outside activities. When you are ready to do them, you have to ask someone to come turn the go karts or bumper boats on... Kind of strange. Overall,for younger kids or just something to do when your bored its ok. I think it just needs to updating to make it a little more lively. We refer to it as the most boring amusement complex in town.

Like its surroundings in Mount Juliet, Cedar Creek has really grown over the years.

Outside activities include a well-marked and all-grass driving range with a putting green and sand-trap, two Putt-Putt courses, go-karts with adult and kiddie sizes, bumper boats, and batting cages. Newer to the lineup are an indoor batting facility to rent as well as a golf instruction facility with "launch monitor" and video capabilities.

Indoors, you'll find a party room to rent along with arcade games like Skeeball, Pop-A-Shot, and others. Sodas, sports drinks, frozen drinks, hot dogs, pizza, and candy are available from the snack bar.

If you're a golfer, you'll want to make this your 2nd home. Practice balls are available from a vending machine for anytime hitting, and the owner, Jimmy, can build you a set of custom clubs or regrip your old weapons. He's not PGA certified, but with his sweet swing he can give you lessons for a great price, too!

Great little place to take the kids for some afternoon fun. They even have Go-Karts for the little one (4 & 5 year old).
