My sister and I purchased them a nights stay at the Inn along with tickets to the Cumberland County Playhouse. My folks said it was the best BB they had stayed at ever! Perfect gift idea to get away and stay somewhere so nice. Doing it again this year.

We found the Garden Inn B&B on the internet and were instantly drawn to the rock cliff just behind the house. We had a wonderful relaxing, quiet, get away to celebrate our anniversary. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic thanks to Mirtha, Mike and staff. We highly recommend the Garden Inn B&B at Bee Rock for anyone looking for a relaxing trip away from the grind of everyday life. We plan to go back when the foliage is on the trees because the mountain scenery will no doubt be even more impressive.

Room Tip: Rooms on the back side offer views of mountain vistas and rock cliffs.

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn and found Mike to be very accommodating. Our room was pleasant and clean, but a larger TV would have been really nice. The purpose of our travel was so my husband could assist the staff with a huge county event which dictated he spend a large part of the day working. I found the surroundings quit enjoyable and I found plenty of interesting scenery to explore while left on my own.

The Garden Inn at Bee Rock has got to be the most relaxing getaways my husband and I have ever had. The accommodating staff, the beautifully decorated and comfortable room, the wonderful breakfast, Mike and Mirtha, the breath taking views, the location...all of this and more were beyond wonderful and surpassed all expectation. Our room had it's own fireplace and bathroom, we received a delicious dessert in the evening, we took a beautiful and peaceful walk to Bee Rock...you will want for nothing!

We were traveling from Atlanta to mid-Tennessee to check out the World's Largest Yard Sale (which runs from Alabama to Michigan). Most hotels were booked months ahead. A search of the internet, including TripAdvisor, turned us on to The Garden Inn. It was about 18 miles west of where we originally wanted to stay, but our frustration quickly dissipated as we entered the grounds of the Inn. Mike and Mirtha, the owners of the Inn, greeted us as we entered the Inn. They were warm and friendly and made us feel instantly welcome. The grounds are like a camp setting right on the edge of a plateau. After checking in, we took a nice late afternoon walk around the property. We then sat out on the deck, overlooking the trees and mountains and ate cheesecake and lemon squares that Mirtha made that day. The entire Inn was immaculate. We stayed in "The Sunflower" room which had a great view. In the morning, there was a wonderful breakfast waiting for us in the dining room. Be sure to go into the downstairs portion of the Inn to see a rather amazing surprise (sorry... you will have to see it yourself). This is a great getaway for a couple, perfect spot for a family reunion, or retreat location for a professional organization or practice. The location is halfway between Nashville and Knoxville so it is perfect as a weekend time away from responsibilities. Try it, you will like it!

My husband and I had a wonderful getaway to the Garden Inn and can't say enough about how clean, comfortable and truly great our stay was! As parents of two young boys the quiet of the home was nice for us. We checked out Bees Rock and a local Mennonite community. The food was delicious, the service was sincere and Mike and Mirtha were wonderful. Sitting out on the deck with the wonderful view of the trees while drinking our morning coffee before breakfast was SO relaxing. We highly recommend this lovely inn. And, if you like antique stores, you're just about 15 minutes from Cookeville where you'll find plenty to look at. Visit the Garden Inn and step into relaxation.
