Great views of the Harbour. No air con but heater did fine in winter. Rooms are fairly small but modern. Walls are very thin and we could hear the tv in the next room even though I doubt it was up that loud. Woken up every night by loud drunk conference goers returning to their rooms yelling obsentities continually. Not recommended unless you are ok with not getting to sleep until after 3am. On the plus side the restaurant had fantastic food and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to manly was great. Also cleaners tried to service our room at 9am when the first shuttle to manly isn't available until 10:15, this just seemed strange to me....
