We eat here every few weeks and have done so for about 5 years. We have tried all the other Indian restaurants on the north shore and city and inner west. Malabar is consistently excellent. The dosai are always good. The curries are well spiced although occasionally the vindaloo tends to be a bit heavily salted. The onion bajis are very good. The tandoori chicken is even better now. The most special dish is the barramundi cooked in the tandoor. It works extremely well and is beautifully spiced. Well done Wilson!
