I wish I'd seen this site earlier, we would never have booked it!
Check-in took forever, staff didn't speak English very well.
Got to the room and were horrified. It was a dogbox. A Queen bed and single along with a tiny table and 2 chairs, tv (tiny), a kettle, and a bar fridge. This was supposed to house 3 adults and a baby in a cot! DO NOT ever get one of their cots - they are metal and have sharp things sticking out of them everywhere.
There was nowhere for our luggage, except along the wall so we had to squeeze past it to get to the bathroom.
There was nowhere for food in walking distance except for the 7/11 or the rowing club. They didn't mention the rowing club in the compendium, but did give directions for the 7/11. Wish I'd taken more notice of them, because we ended up walking around for nearly an hour. Didn't fancy the prices of the restaurant or room service, which I'm thankful about after reading the other reviews of this place. They did have vending machines in the building foyer, but who knows if the stuff in there was edible or not.
The air vent in the bathroom was extremely noisy and you could not turn it off. You could also hear all the comings and goings of other travellers throughout the night which made for a restless sleep.
The bathroom was ridiculously small and mouldy and there were no floor mats which was annoying as you couldn't get your feet dry to get dressed.
The best thing about this place was the proximity to the airport and it was easy to drive to. I would think that this place would have been worth $70.
