I had lunch at 1:00 p.m. on a Friday - the place was empty except for a table of Russian gentlemen who were drinking shot - after shot - of tequila, and a table in the back with one of the staff's children. The service was curious as every time my waitress either took my order or asked me if everything was OK, another waitress did the same. Service was fast, but the food was average - it was sustinence - nothing more and I thought the prices were somewhat high for a restaurant of this type. My analogy is that of a Mexican restaurant in an airport. You get average Mexican food, served quickly so you make your connecting flight. You don't expect more, and you certainly don't wind up telling your friends, "If you're ever at O'Hare, I can recommend the BEST restaurant."
