Stayed with friends for a long weekend and was pleasantly suprised.I always think you should get what you pay for and this hotel was very reasonable. The rooms were a good size,the bed was large and comfy,bath and shower were fine and overall very clean. The breakfasts were ok(the full british was good, but the porridge was ghastly)

The hotel itself lacked personality which is a pity as it could have a lot going for it. Maybe as it was the quiet season it didnt show it at it's best.

For 3 nights it was very good value at £164.00. One warning---avoid Room 3. Our friends who stayed there said it was noisy.
