“Brilliant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2013 via mobile

After finding this place via trip advisor we set off, it was a lovely sunny day and we couldn't wait to arrive.

This place is a hidden gem, with around 8 acres of beautiful gardens to explore with the kids.

The cakes were fairly priced and the homemade scone was lovely.

Staff seem enthused and happy which is always great and we will be returning :)

Thankyou for leaving such positive feedback. Something I am sure you will be interested in, is some new equipment arrived today for families to use in the gardens and we are putting together some Hilton court explorer backpacks which will include bug information sheets, binoculars, bug viewers etc. These will be available from the tearoom to use in the gardens for a minimal fee.

“Just lovely!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

If you get a chance do visit these deligtful gardens. The display of waterlilies in their pools is the best we have ever seen and knocks Monet's gardens into a coked hat!
The cafe is simple, clean and comfortable. The food is scrummy, local cakes and home made scones - yum!

“Customer of the year... : )”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2013

Great service from the ladies behind the cafe counter. They have real characters, plenty of personality and willing to spend time to chat with guests. I think that people that pay for cakes and a coffee should get free access to the gardens. Why not give regulars a card for access and special discounts on slow moving items? It's a great place to hang out as does their customer of the year "Bishop" who seems to be the personality of Pembrokeshire!

'Bishop' is part of Hilton and is as much as a character as the staff. With regards to offers to locals we do offer a loyalty card for hot drinks and annual tickets to the gardens are only £3 a child, £6 OAP and £8 an adult, a bargain! The restaurant have special offers on slow moving produce but in the tearoom the cakes don't stick around for long or the staff get to have a great!

A most enjoyable relaxing place to go make sure you take the lovely nature walk and don't forget to buy fish for for the large ponds there and watch them come to the surface.

I completely agree wit you that the nature walk is not to be missed and one of my favourite pass times is feeding the fish from the platform, the pond is teaming with roach, Rudd and perch, great way to spend an afternoon.

“Hilton Court - a little gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

Slightoy off the beaten track on the main rod to St David's, this is another place not to miss. Lovely gift shop, gallery with interesting items, and lovely cafe, whether for a cup of tea or lunch, don't miss this little gem.

Although we are less than a mile from the main road to St.davids it does feel like you are deep in the country with sea views, a pretty awesome location. Thanks for the feedback and the great description of A little gem!
