We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend, and found it to be decent enough for the price, some people would like 5 star luxury at 3 star prices, our room was huge overlooking the bay,2 flat screen tv's,bathrobes, full size 3 piece suite, huge bed,Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice,There is a pool but cannot comment on this as we never used it,it is a pet friendly hotel and the pet owners do appear to abide by the rules as we seen no mess. The bar prices are typical of hotels and are expensive, there is a pub 5 minutes walk away called the Waterfront who have entertainment on a Friday and Saturday,if hotels want to keep guests in thier hotels Lower your bar prices.A visit to the Stack Lighthouse is worth the 10 minute drive.there were a couple of minor things first was no net curtains on the windows which meant we had to close the main curtains to get dressed, something we should'nt have to do on a sunny day, second was the water was slow to drain out of the bath after taking a shower which was caused by hair in the plug holeI know it's not a major thing but not very pleasant, the Hotel do put a card in the rooms if anything is wrong but this was not a maintainance issue it is basic cleaning, having said that it would not put me off staying here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view room.

We stayed here as we missed our boat so paid for an expensive deluxe double facing the sea as that was all they had. The view was beautiful, looking over the bay. The room was pretty good, decent size and plenty of light.

Positives:
- the view
- the staff we met were lovely
- breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and good quality.
- proximity to the beach

Negatives:
- the mattress was very soft and dipped on one side making my husbands sleep very uncomfortable
- sheets were clean but had some old stains on them
- very stuffy room. Slept with the window open
- no lift however the porters were very helpful with luggage

So I wouldn't stay here again as I have paid less for a better experience.

My chair was broken and I tried to change it. The waitress shouted for me not to move the replacement chair, rather embarrassing.
The food was reasonable but the service was slow and the room was very noisy with little fresh air.
This was in the bar area of the hotel, last year we ate in the main hotel and this was much better.

Room Tip: If your chair is broken ask permission to move it.

Bad luck... my room was just in front the garbage container... somebody has to get it ! but I am allowed not to like it! The bedding is poor with very soft spring mattress, the room was very small with few space around the bed, no cabinet, no wardrobe, small but comfortable bathroom, but you don't spent your life in the shower. Good wifi, but need to reconnect your tablet frequently. The bar provides good beer and bar food, OK. Gone twice in the restaurant; once, fish was oveercooked and seemed from frozen. Second, very good lamb leg. What else? ask for a room with seaview or avoid if possible.

Room Tip: aks for sea view, at least ask not on garbage container.

Hi all. I work on the island during the week and stay at least a couple of nights a week.
The location is stunning
The food is great and they are always willing to prepare food to your taste
The bar and pub are great with a good atmosphere
The rooms are great. Especially if you get the one of the new ones.
The only negative is the wifi, it can be dodgy if in the out lying rooms.
The pool is fair.
Overall great place to be. That's why I always return.
Oh nearly forgot the staff.... all fab and will help.

We stayed overnight in a pair of double rooms overlooking the bay. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Staff were friendly and overall we were very pleased with our choice. Trearddur is ideally located for superb coastal scenery. If you are staying here you really must take a short drive ( 2 mile ) along the coast to South Stack lighthouse. The views here are spectacular and if you are lucky enough to be there on a clear night you absolutely should head up there for sunset. The sun drops into the sea just behind the lighthouse and makes for fantastic photos.

Recommended.
