This is a nice little restaurant that is situated in Menai Bridge, Anglesey, right on the Menai Straits with great views of the Snowdonia coastline.
It is tucked away off the main thoroughfare so some people may find it a little tricky to locate but the food is well worth the search. By the way parking is also difficult in the area of the restaurant.
We were lucky to get a table as we did not book and it is very popular with both visitors and locals so it may be wise to phone ahead in order to make a reservation.
The only table we had was in the outside seated area but the views were well worth it even if it did get a little chilly towards the end of our stay. to be fair we did visit early evening and blankets are provided by the restaurant if required.
The service was very good, pleasant, attentive but not 'in your face'. The food was very tasty, hot (when appropriate) and well presented. The specialities of the house are pizzas and seafood which is usually locally sourced and seasonal; it does include the world famous Menai Mussels.
You don't have to have a 'full on' meal there as the restaurant also caters for light lunches or just a cup of tea and a cake.
