“Beautiful, unspoilt beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2014

Visited here on Good Friday on a recommendation, so glad had change as it's cash only and correct change of £3 to park.

Really big car park with decent toilets and brick built BBQ's. A few different walks lead the way to the dunes, then the beach. A gorgeous sandy beach awaits with fabulous views across the bay to Snowdonia.

A lovely place to visit.

“Peaceful, tranquil, golden sand, forest and sea!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2014 via mobile

Visited here Easter wkend. The road leads down to a big car park which is just over the dunes from the beach. The car park has ice cream and sandwich vans there, also spacious toilets. Maybe sometimes you have to pay £3 for parking but I didn't. The dunesnhave boardwalks in them, there is a range of cycles and walks advertised too. You can explore the forest or walk on the beach around to the lighthouse and island of blessing.(just watch tide as you may have to wade part way). Well worth the walk as its so peaceful. Would visit again and again.

“Beautiful beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2014

Park at the huge pay and display car park (accessed by road from the centre of Newborough). It is £3 but well worth it to be so close to the beach. There are various woodland walks too, we saw a red squirrel. The soft, sandy beach is vast and made all the more stunning by Snowdonia on the horizon. Over to the right is Llanddwyn Island, easily accessible and worth a tour for it's mystical beauty and lighthouse.

“Beautiful Beach - golden sand and spectacular views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2014

Totally beautiful beach - long sandy shores, some rocks for climbing and looking at the rock pools, amazing views of Snowdonia and the Llyn peninsular. One of my most favourite places.
