It was my second SUNNY day on the coastal path, so the short 10 1/2 miles from Church bay to this town was completed rather early, which enabled me to arrive for lunch rather than dinner. Very comfortable, pub ambience. I opted for the Ploughman's Lunch, which I hadn't had for a number of years. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was washed down with a good pint of cask bitter. The courteous barman was also quite helpful informing me about part of my next "stage" on the coastal path from Cemaes to Amlwch which he considered the most difficult of all since it involved a lot of "roller coaster" up and down walking. HE WAS RIGHT!
