“lovely B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

I stayed here for one night from 31st July-1st August with my mum.The b&b is run by a lovely couple called Adrian and Beryl who made us feel very welcome. The b&b was perfect location for travelling to llanddwyn island (Ynys Llanddwyn).

Although there was only two of us Beryl said we could stay in the large family room (one double and a single bed). This room has an en suite, tea/coffee making facilities and TV in the room. The bathroom was very posh and came with shampoo, moisturizer, toothpaste, flannels and even a hot water bottle.

The breakfast in the morning was superb. There was plenty of variety ranging from fresh fruit, cereal, to cooked breakfast.
We went into the local village to try out the pub food. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was nice. The meals were so large that I was too full to try any of the puddings, although they sounded great!

Really a great stay.

Room Tip: family room (double bed and single bed)

We stayed here in November '12. The family room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the owners very kindly made us some packed lunches for a paddling trip (which were delicious). Hoping to book another visit soon.

Room was large, stylist and clean with everything you could have wished for including a decent sized kettle, a range of teas, bags of cupboard space, toothpaste and even a bath matt and hot water bottle. The owners were friendly and helpful. Adrian gave us a lift to and from a wedding we were attending at 'the outbuildings' which was very generous of him. The breakfast was great with a good choice of options. It was like staying with good friends.

Lovely clean B&B. Beryl and Adrian were great.
Room was fantastic, the cleanliness was superb and the food was great. Adrian gave us a lift to one of our start locations which was also very kind. Beryl washed some of our wet clothes after a strong downpour.
The location for anyone doing the coast walk is good, you can leave the walk at one end of the village and rejoin the next day quite easily.
The B&B is highly recommended and We will both return with our partners in future to do some sight seeing in the area.

Room Tip: All rooms very well apportioned and quiet giving a good nights sleep.

We regularly stay at this B&B when we visit Anglesey, which is a mere 10 minutes from the Britannia Bridge. It has comfortable and clean accommodation, set in the beautiful tranquil countryside of Anglesey. It is an ideal base for exploring the island, and the many attractions and outdoor activities this island has to offer. Beryl and Adrian, who run the B&B are very welcoming, and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The breakfast is superb, with locally sourced produce, and fresh eggs that are laid by the hens that are kept on the grounds. I have the best nights sleep here, as the beds are extremely comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend this B&B for anyone visiting the island or surrounding area. Excellent value for money and fantastic accommodation.
