Stayed at the hotel on a package deal which included bed breakfast, dinner at catell deudraeth on the first night which was excellent. The second night at the hotel. The food was amazing better than some top restaurants in London, the service was fantastic staff were well mannered and friendly. The view over the estuary was awesome our room was very clean and comfortable. Portmeirion is a very relaxing place especially at night when the day visitors have gone,it's has a fairytale feeling.I had a spa treatment of a wave back massage Lyndsey the therapist was amazing well worth trying. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Nice to be pampered sometimes mine was a special occasion but well worth the money. Offers are available during quiet times worth watching out for.Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break and high quality service and food.
