This museum would appeal to anyone interested in British history or who would like know more about Lloyd George (and his background in the Criccieth area).
For £5 entry we spent nearly 2.5 hours here - by far the best value of any of our trips this holiday.
There is a lot to see, with great detail if you want to take the time to read, listen and watch all the info (or you can just cover the main aspects). There is a short film with great historical footage which runs regularly, as well as personal guided trips around Lloyd George's childhood home.
Just a short walk up the path is Lloyd George's grave, a simple monument overlooking the river.
