The restaurant looks very nice from the outside, so it was a surprise to walk in and discover a rather sterile cafeteria feel. There are no tablecloths and fairly stark decoration to the interior of wooden floor, tables and chairs and fairly bare walls.
The menu had absolutely nothing of any interest on it, more akin to an Italian from the 80s. Choices consisted of items like pizza, lasagne, spaghetti bolognese, carbonara, meatballs and a burger. I would have like to have seen some more modern dishes, rather than a cliched list of dishes we've had 100 times before.
The food itself was what you'd expect from the menu, very predictable but decent food. The service was better, but couldn't make up for the stark interior and bland menu choices.
I won't be rushing back, but if you're after fairly dependable and predictable food, this place certainly won't be the worst choice to make.
