Description: Cibo, pronounced (cheebo) is a traditional-style bistro serving dishes from around the globe it's main focus is on serving a quality breakfast, lunch and brunch menu with a daily specials board. Cibo is a quaint bistro in the centre of an historical market town and delivers quality fresh to order food and excellent service. At very busy times it can take a little longer for your food to arrive as like it says it is only cooked to order, but will be worth the short wait. Cibo is a licensed bistro serving beers and wines from around the globe to match up with the eclectic mix of food. The most popular dishes are the full breakfast and our own recipe Welsh Rarebit. The chefs at Cibo are very proud of the fact that all the food is home made from freshly baked bread ,down to the little details of ketchup, brown sauce, jams & marmalade .we do our utmost to cater for all dietary requirements including vegetarian/vegan and gluten free dishes. We are proud of the fact that as our food is cooked to order we can alter all of our dishes to suit customer needs. Cibo is an Italian word for food and this influence can be seen in many of our dishes.

“Lovely welcoming atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2013

Have become a regular visitor here as I enjoy the atmosphere as much as the food. I recommend the croque monsieur (or madame), but to be honest i have found every meal ive had to be excellent and not bad value for money at all.

“Great food but don't try complaining”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2013

The food is good. We had been several times previously and didn't mind waiting 15 minutes or so for it. But on this occasion it had been half an hour which we thought was excessive. i mentioned this to the owner when paying and he was very defensive and unapologetic saying that for freshly prepared food that was standard and if we wanted to go somewhere else in future that was OK. Needless to say we have not been back since.

“Perfect Lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2013

Visited Cibo with my husband for lunch. We sat in the sun and were very impressed with the service and most importantly, the food. My husband had the amazing Cibo Club and I had the poached salmon sandwich. I was impressed with homemade bread, beautiful presentation and generous portions. I am giving Cibo 5 stars because it is a fantastic little restaurant and is just what Mold needs. Keep up the good work!
