“What a letdown”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013 via mobile

I was so looking forward to playing this course but what a disappointment. The tees were like playing from the rough and the whole course needed a good tidy. No care and attention sadly.

“hard to beat”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2013

What a wonderful place to play, stay and relax. The course is certainly a great test and not for a beginner. Superb scenery with Snowdon, dunes, Edward 1 castle all to impress. Greens are quick and smooth - just like the bar staff! Very friendly staff in bar and dining room where the fare is very acceptable and good value. Would commend to all who will enjoy. Sunsets on the terrace with a cold beer/glass of wine to die for - go there.

“excellent test”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2013

Very enjoyable test of golf for all abilities. We played 36 holes over two days with little or no wind, so as easy as it will ever be and the course still came out on top! Excellent food in the clubhouse. Would happily return.

“A strange arrival car park and walk over the railway but...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

This is a very good golf course with wonderful views of Harlech castle the whole way around the course - and superb Tee boxes and Greens. The club house looked a little strange as we arrived initially - but grew on you by the end and fitted into the character of the club.
Changing rooms were fully equipped with showers etc., and a well stocked pro Shop.
The food in the club house is very good and excellent value. Very friendly staff and members. Definately recommended and we would play again if in the area.
I played with my wife, off 24, and the red tees and ladies par is very fair! at least 4 courtesy shots (you can tell I lost to her by about 6 shots!).
