Called in on Llandovery looking for a different place to have a lunch time snack. I usually go to the Castle Hotel which never disappoints. Decided to try the Kings Head. The atmosphere was welcoming with dining areas and a lounge with "comfy" leather seating. I ordered a ham and mustard baguette which came with a bowl of thick cut chips. My daughter had home made Cawl which came with toasted bread and a slice of cheese. Both snacks cost £5 each. We both agreed this was good value. The real ale was also well kept and reasonable priced. I will certainly call here again.
