My family decided to eat at Central BBQ for lunch, based on the reviews on TripAdvisor. We left somewhat disappointed. The Ribs were okay, but not great. There was not much meat on the bones, and what little meat was there was tough. The pulled pork was amazing, tender, moist and flavorful, even the parts without the unasked for barbeque sauce. While standing in line, waiting to go inside to order, we were impressed by the ribs for two and four sides meal, which my husband and son shared. However, the sides were tiny, served in a Dixie cup equivalent portion. Having said that, the BBQ baked beans were delicious as was the potato salad (mustard and mayo mix). The homemade potato chips were good, but we traveled to Memphis for the famous BBQ restaurants, expecting something more. The seating inside was very, very limited, and we ended up sitting outside on the patio, which was unpleasant on this cold and windy day. This was made worse when I sat in a chair full of water. All told, great pulled pork, potato salad and BBQ baked beans, but we won't be visiting again or recommending.
