We stopped at the Butler Ave. location and were greeted by a nice young man who explained everything. We wanted to sample the menu so we chose a plate with ribs. That gave us a half rack of ribs with four ounces each of brisket and pulled chicken and two sides. The sauces for these items were on the side and self-service. The ribs were melt-in-your-mouth excellent! The brisket and pulled chicken were about average and not as good as Arthur Bryant's in KC. The sides were small as is usual in this kind of place. We chose mac & cheese and bbq beans. The mac & cheese was creamy but average. The beans were very good and had a nice bite. The sauces were very good and warm. We would have been extremely happy with just one or one and a half rack of ribs.
