My wife and I stay for two nights, from the time we pulled up to the front door we knew we were staying at a very professional business. The doormen greeted us warmly even though it was very cold outside. The front desk staff were very friendly and informative on what the hotel and area had to offer. The housekeepers had great pride in the cleanliness of the room. The hotel was a bit hard to get to but that is just something the hotel has no control of. Once you do arrive it is worth the trip!

I spent one night at this hotel and found it to be typical of most large convention style hotels. The hotel itself is older and the rooms are on the small side. For the age of the property it is in great shape.

I did find the staff was very friendly and service oriented. The concierge lounge was very nice and had a nice food selection as opposed to some hotels that treat this as an afterthought.

It is a bit of a walk from the parking and if you have a roller bag you will have to lift it up several steps as they have not provided for this.

I would recommend it for business/convention travelers.

The room was fine (nothing special) but the service was horrible. I left something in one of the drawers and had to call a million times to get anywhere. Then they told me it wasn't found, and I'm 100% sure that is where I left it. Very irritating that no one got back to me and they couldn't return my item.

The room service food wasn't good and was expensive. And they charged for wifi. Nothing great about this place and lots of negatives. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Very comfortable, clean and nice. A room for two was great in that the shower was private and there were 2 mirror areas to get ready. Perfect for female travelers!! The beds were comfy and clean. No complaints. The business areas were nice as well. Hotel food was mediocre that's my only complaint.
