Much time being "on" at a convention made me ready to chill by myself with a relaxing lunch.
This restaurant if very close to the Peabody Hotel and I chose it due to its proximity. (But came back for the food and service).
I was seated and served promptly. Prices are very reasonable. When ordering, I simply said "please make me some sort of vegetarian curry, no tofu and please make it as spicy as you possibly can."
My starter was Tom Kha soup, which had earthy mushrooms floating on the surface. It was difficult to check myself as I wanted to lift the bowl to my lips as if I were eating alone in my kitchen, the broth was so good.
There are a wide variety of sushi and other items, meat-laden and meatless. Definitely a place I'll return to.
