Recently stayed three nights at this hotel. When I checked in Jay did a great job welcoming me. However, my co-worker checked in seperatly and didn't have as glowing of an experience. I would stay here again. Breakfast food was good, friendly staff and clean and safe location.

We stayed here a couple of nights on our points. They upgraded us to the Club Level or Priority Level, whatever they call it. The hotel is new, clean, modern and well set up. Conference rooms are available there, also. The staff was helpful and polite. The only drawback was the breakfast buffet. $10 for a cold unflavorful breakfast. The table next to us ordered off of the menu (we did not due to time constraints), and there meal looked great. Stay away from the buffet.

I was in Memphis for 2 weeks on a business trip. This was a great place to stay. The rooms are a good size and always clean. Very good breakfast buffet and good food the nights we ate in the hotel restaurant. Melissa and Ray at the bar/restaurant took really good care of us the entire trip.
I'd recommend this hotel for either business or pleasure. Very convenient to the interstate and to lots of shopping and restaurants.

We actually live just one exit east of this location. We were in need of a place to stay because we had a sewer problem at home that took a week to fix. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, the rooms were extremely clean and they gave us vouchers for breakfast on most days.
