Trip Advisor has this restaurant at number one. The concierge at the Peabody Hotel told us that it is number one in Memphis and we can see why as the concept is great. You can have a full entree and bottle of wine, but it is more fun to try the flights of wine and flights of dinner. The flights of wine are 2 oz. of 3 either reds or whites. The flights of entrees are tasting portions of regular entrees.
I chose the steak tastings that included a portion of filet, elk, and pork. All were beautifully presented. My husband chose the Chef's choice that had a portion of tenderloin, scallop, and duck that he enjoyed.
Both flights were tasty and beautifully presented though I must say at first bite both of us agreed that the meals weren't even luke warm at best. We did tell our server and she happily took them back for a re-do that wasn't much warmer.
I believe that hot food should be served hot. While the meals were very tasty, the problem may be that the presentation takes more time and that makes the food less than warm when served.
When in Memphis, I would try this restaurant as it is different and a different experience.
