“Amazing!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2010

This place is awesome, didnt know where to go on Elivs Presley Boulevard but saw this place on here (TripAdvisor) and thought we would give it a try. Very Glad we did the staff was very nice and smiley, the whole atmosphere of the restaurant was great, had a great feel to it. Prices weren't bad either a whole rack of ribs for $20 (the length of my whole lower arm!!) and the desserts were even better!

Would recommend Marlowe's to anyone and everyone, my girlfriend is vegertarian and still found something to eat.

“The King Loved this BBQ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2010

First if your staying at the Heartbreak Hotel or the RV park they will pick you up for free in a pink Cadillac limo. Driver was nice and gave us a couple Elvis facts on the way.

Walked in the door and got my picture with a young Pressley. Then to the table and ready for the food. Don't worry about dressing up, jeans and t-shirt are perfectly acceptable when you will be eating with your fingers. (recommended for the ribs)

Ordered Fried Pickles for app- best ever
Beef Brisket- best ever
Baked Beans- you guessed it..best ever
Slaw- nothing great but the rest made up for it

My wife ordered the BBQ Spaghetti which only makes sense after you eat this divine dish. Don't waste your time on the mac-n-cheese but do order the corn fritters.

My only regret was not saving room for desert.

“not my favorite BBQ place”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2010

I was so excited to go here after the glowing reviews on tripadvisor, but I was disappointed. The service and atomsphere were great for a BBQ place, but the food was not the best. It was fine compared to your chain BBQ joints, but not authentic BBQ which Memphis has so many of those places. I felt like it was BBQ for the tourists or people who have never had GREAT BBQ.

“great place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2010

We were picked up at our hotel, Heartbreak Hotel, in a pink cadillac limo and taken to the restaurant (this is a freebee). The food was very good and the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the pulled pork and the sampler appetizers and had plenty to bring back for another meal. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely go back again when we are in the area.

“Bar-b-que spaghetti ! who knew?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2010

This is a bar-b-que joint. Don't expect fine dining. The decore is all Elvis, all the time. Just because I'd never heard of it, I had to try the bar-b-que spaghetti. It was great. Pulled pork is piled on top of spaghetti and drown in bar-b-que sauce. Who thought of this, and why doesn't every joint start serving it tomorrow? The fried pickles were also about the best I've ever eated. Spears, not chips are used. My wife had the pulled pork on a bun, and said it melted in her mouth. No room for desert, but the banana pudding going to the next table was huge and looked good.
