“Fantastic music and food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2013

My husband and I did not intentionally make a trip to Beale street. We were traveling home to Illinois, staying over night and ended up there looking for good BBQ. We hit the jackpot!! We were there June 29th and there early enough to get a terrific table on the second floor. The band was fantastic. I had a combo of chicken and ribs that were outstanding. Wow, we're we pleased that this was the place we stopped on our way back home. Thanks so very much!

“Great food, Great service, Great music”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2013

Ordered the catfish. It was GREAT! Drinks were great and the waitress kept them stocked. The music was phenomenal, especially since the guy behind the guitar was only 19. He was incredible. It's located just on the corner of Beale Street so if you wanted to come in and not fight the "traffic" of Beale Street, this is a great location.

“great music blind mississippi morris”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 7, 2013

We visited in May 2013 and caught the early set of Blind Mississippi Morris who was fantastic. You can buy his CD there and probably get it signed, but we missed the opportunity and had to buy ours via the internet when we got home. I can't recall the following act but he wasn't so good and neither was the food, which even at 7pm had run out of all fish and chicken. I know some tours book large tables and this could have been the problem. It gets very busy but it was the music that we came for and if you can get to see this man, the do. He is/was amazing...pure true blues.

“Great food and atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013

Went to the restaurant twice during our 3 day visit. Once for lunch and once for dinner. Wonderful live blues music and great food. Make sure to try the Catfish Po' Boy sandwich. It's wonderful! Ate Sunday dinner and Tuesday lunch. Jeff was our server for lunch. He was really fun and gave us over the top, great service. A wonderful experience overall and we would defiantly eat there again!
