“It smells.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2013 via mobile

It smells. Kinda reminded me of someone's drunk uncles house. You walk threw the winding hallways unable to go into any rooms, which makes the tour very crowed. Felt the like gift shops were bigger then the actual house. One of those places to check out just to say that you've gone. Plus there's not much else to do in memphis, besides seeing pandas at the zoo or ducks in a hotel.

“Kitschy fun”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2013

I loved seeing the old 70's decor. Wish they didn't have the headphone tour as it makes the experience feel impersonal, but I guess that comes along with being a tourist! Plan to spend a couple hours overall.

“Been There Done That”

Just a drive by this time as we'd been before. Heard Pricilla and Lisa Marie sold it to investors. What a zoo! An amusement park ala Elvis.

“If you know who Elvis is, Go!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2013

My 22 year old daughter thought it was nice but wasn't really excited. My wife and I loved it. I could have spent the whole day. If it was a nice day, I would have love to sit in the garden area. It has a nice combination of seeing the house and all the Elvis artifacts. Go early to avoid the major lines.

“Even for non Elvis fans this is a must do!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2013

We have never been avid Elvis fans but decided that we had to do this tour to appease our friends back home.

To say that we got swept up in the history and excitement would be an understatement. We did the platinum tour which allowed us entry into a few other exhibits in addition to Gracelands. It took us over four hours to see it all, truly amazing. We even bought a book from the gift store to further increase our knowledge of the life and times of Elvis.
