I reviewed this hotel once before, I had to do it again to say it's still outstanding. The location is great, rooms are great, the staff is great, $8 a night to park is great, and the breakfast is fantastic. They even added NBC Sports Network to the available channels on the TV, so that addresses the only "complaint" from my previous review. Keep up the good work!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean except, and this is not a complaint about the housekeeping staff in any way, but the tiles in the bathroom were badly mildewed. There is no ventilation in these tiny bathrooms. They need a power wash from time to time to get rid of it.
Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel.

arrived at the hotel 3hrs before check in.no problem,room was ready and the front desk person gave us the keys right away.the hotel is clean and very quiet.nothing flashy,pretty run of the mill,but the maid service was excellent,clean room and towels daily.the daily breakfast was amazing,fresh fruit,hot or cold cereals,bagels,make your own waffles, plus eggs and sausages.the best part was walking right outside to catch the trolley.for $1 you could travel down to beale st,or take the short ride on the riverside loop.if in the neighborhood make sure you stop at the blue plate cafe,nice menu and local art was all over the walls.quiet neighborhood felt safe walking around.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Our room was clean and spacious with two very comfortable double beds. A TV, a clean fridge, and coffee making facilities were all at hand. The staff were very friendly and the service, especially at breakfast was very efficient, with lots of food choice. The outdoor swimming pool is not heated so the water was too cold, however its great for catching the sun and offers fantastic views of the Mississippi river and beyond.
The hotel is located within a 10 minute walk from Beale Street or you can take one of the street cars for just $1. There were plenty bars and restaurants nearby and the whole area felt safe. I would definitely stay here again. Elvis forever.
