The breakfasts at this particular Hampton Inn had very good and diversified breakfasts. A great many choices. The gal that took care of the breakfasts and cleaning the tables was fantastic. In fact, she should be given a raise! The suite was very nice and appeared clean. However, I would not say much for the room cleaners. Coffee was not replaced in the basket, nor the pot cleaned. A dirty washcloth was left in my shower for 5 days. Crumbs on the floor indicated they had not vacuumed. The last night I decided to warm up a leftover for dinner. The dishes are kept in the dishwasher, I guess to indicate they are clean. I pulled out a plate to double check the cleanliness, and it certainly was not clean. I had to wash the plate with my sink cake soap, as there is nothing to wash the dishes with. Overall, I guess I would rate average, but this particular inn would do well to make some improvements.

My husband & I stayed at this hotel while in Memphis. It was a higher grade of Hampton Inn than we've experienced. The suite was clean & nicely decorated. But what was really outstanding was the complimentary breakfast & dining area. The price was great & the staff was very friendly. We highly recommend a stay here.

I recently returned from a two week stay (which was unexpectantly extented due to the blizzard in the Northeast....) and highly recommend this hotel. The staff is WONDERFUL and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable! The shuttle to/from the airport and surrounding area (5 mile radius) is efficient and only a phone call away! Freshly baked, warm cookies every afternoon (weekdays) is a really nice "welcome home"! The room was always clean and service was exceptional. When they realized that I was "stranded" in Memphis, due to the blizzard, the staff tried even harded to make me feel pampered--even though it wasn't their fault and was out of their control! Highly recommend staying there when in Memphis!

This hotel was great!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast was extremely good and the hotel is located in a nice area. I will definitely stay at this location again.
