“Breakfast!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2013

Absolutely super. Delicious breakfast, cooked to order. Lots of coffee. Super service. We come here for breakfast a lot and have NEVER been disappointed. Only poor thing is that the opening times at the change of the season are not advertised. We read the literature in our cottage and on the door of the cafe and it all said the cafe opened at 10am. It doesn't, it opens at 11am out of season but NOWHERE does it tell a customer this. Super place but buck up the information provided to your customers.

“Booking Essential!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

We tried several nights to go for dinner here, early late and in the middle! each time it was fully booked. Booked for our last night and we really had saved the best till last! Superb food, service and view. Not difficult to see why booking is essential.Quirky decor and set up different from most other restaurants we found up here, but the welcome was the usual warm scottish one. The most expensive of our meals in the Highlands but well worth it, class act.

“Good place to stop for lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2013

Mallig was too busy, lots of tourists flooding the town, so we went to Arisaig and had lunch at Cafe Rhu. Good food, good service, beautiful views. Loved the town and the cafe.
