This B&B stands on a hillside with a few other Victorian villas overlooking Portpatrick harbour. The views from the front-facing rooms and the dining room are just stunning. You can lie in bed and see trees, greenery, pretty rooftops and houses painted many different colours, fishing boats and the sparkling blue waters of the Irish sea beyond. Well, the weather was good during my visit! The B&B was very clean and comforable, nice breakfast, nice little touches such as range of breads for the toast. The proprietor Anne Moffat was very welcoming and took a genuine interest in what and where here guests were going. A very nice stay, I hope to visit again sometime. Interesting point, the TV got Northern Ireland TV rather than Scottish, so the local news programmes were interesting but not too useful!
