I have stayed with Diane on several occasions when visiting the Luce Bay area for fishing. Diane is a generous host, the accomodation is spotlessly clean & warm & the breakfast's are fit for a king. Tremendous value for money & warmly recommended. Best wishes, Keith

This cottage is a true gem. It has absolutly everything you could need with a cosy, warm lived in feel. The conservatory is a perfect room for reading, enjoying the fantastic views, watching birds, or snoozing! Locally there are endless walks, fabulous beaches and lovely teashops. We would not hesitate to recommend Diane and John's cottage to visit at any time of year.

We have stayed in the bed and breakfast three times now and are already planing our next vist. You could not ask for anymore . Diane and her family go out of their way to make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive. Expect to put on a few pounds though with her hearty breakfast . The location of the b and b is also idealic with a spectacular view across the mull. On an evening you can relax in your room and look out at the lighthouse. A stop at this location is a must.

We were staying in Stranraer to trace family history.
We found the cottage very clean as well as nice and peaceful with some great views.
The walk to the lighthouse was interesting, locals all very friendly.
Would have loved to do more walking but time was against us.
We were made to feel very welcome and at home by Dianne and would definitely make a return visit.
