This area was the highlight of our trip. And this place was an ideal place to stay. Food was great (especially the haggis). We stayed here a couple of nights and spent 3 days in the area. The hosts were soo helpful and friendly. Really made you feel welcome and relaxed. We're already planning our trip to go back there. Great pubs and food nearby and the scenery is awesome. Quiet place to stay.

We had a very warm, friendly welcome at the end of our day on our bike ride from Lands End to John 'o' Groats. Great hosts and lovely accommodation set in outstanding scenery. Facilities for walkers and cyclists was excellent, with a great lounge with open fire to relax in at the end of the day. Breakfast was A1 and set us up for our long ride through Rannoch Moor and Glen Coe the next day. Would highly reccomend to anyone visiting the area.

Only here for 2 nights, but everything - the welcome, setting, room comfort, modern furnishings, breakfast - was faultness and exactly what we wanted. Simply the nicest B&B we've stayed in.

“Absolutely Brilliant”

Ewich House

Oct 28, 2007

From the moment we arrived at Ewich House we knew we were in for an absolute treat. The warm welcome from Ian and Debbie was matched by the inviting log fire and gorgeous bedroom.
Ewish House is so easy to get to, it is set in beautiful grounds, with easy access to so many amazing places - there really is something for everyone to do in the area: walking, sight seeing, shopping or just chilling out and relaxing.

A special note also needs to be included about the food - superb home cooking using local and organic produce ~ delicious.

Ian and Debbie are brilliant at giving you advise and ideas for things to do, as well as answering all of your general questions about the local area and Scottish life.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Ewich House is a great place to get away and enjoy a few days in the peace and tranquility of Loch Lomand - make sure you get a booking in soon as I'll be making sure all of my friends and family visit so there may not be any vacancies!

We, two Swiss fellows (40y), walking the West Highland Way spent a wonderful evening and night at Ewich House after a endless walk of 34km. A very warm welcome, nice large and newly renoveted rooms, unlimited hot water and very friendly hosts impressed us. The home made dinner was delicious, the beer cool and scottish. We recommend this place, the meals of Debbie and her husband's patient explanation of a haggie to everybody. We spent a lot more and got a lot less in other places along the WHW.
