I was in this hotel in my summer trip around Scotland with my wife and my 2 chidren.
The hotel is lovely and we really felt like at home. My children enjoyed in this hotel very much with all the games they have.

Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Probaly the best breakfast in my 15 days around Scotland. From the dining room where the breakfast is served there is a very good view of the Kyleakin harbour.

But probably the best thing of the hotel are Gilliam & Craig, the hosts. They make the difference and their hospitaly is worthy to mention.

Unfortunately the weather wasn't good that days, but anyway it is a beautiful island to visit.

I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Skye.

We found the proprietors, Gillian and Craig, to be very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to impart local knowledge, which was exactly what we needed for our four day stay - not everything can be found in a guidebook.

The hotel is comfortable and has two spacious lounges to relax in. The view of Loch Alch is superb and just the thing to get your day off to a good start. I have to say the same could be said for the breakfasts that were served, they were excellent.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we have recommended the White Heather Hotel to our family and friends.

Gillian and Craig made me most welcome and made me a wonderful breakfast before I set out to take my masterpieces. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great for photographs, but it is a beautiful island to visit.
I would certainly reccommend this hotel if visiting Skye at any time.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Gillian goes out of her way to be helpful. The views of the harbor from our room and from the the breakfast area were memorable. The breakfast is well-prepared in a large, well-equipped kitchen.
