We stayed here for one night and even though we arrived quite late the chef stayed back for us and made us possibly the best battered haddock we've ever had. The views from the dining room are stunning and the owners were quick to recommend all the best scenery and walks
to see in Skye. Even though the hotel is quite far away from the bridge and ferry from the mainland it's worth the trip over West as you get to see the most amazing scenery, including the Outer Hebrides
if you are lucky. Our room was very clean and large, and we did make a point of asking to be away from the bar. NB. The hotel's cellar bar
is worth a visit if you like a lively local bar with live music. It is noisy though so if you're not planning on joining in until the early hours, make a point of having a room the other side of the hotel, we didn't hear a thing!
