“Great value stay friendly welcome and great accommodation”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2013 via mobile

We stayed for 3 nights. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed in en suite which had good power shower and a bath!
Beds comfortable and I was perfectly cosy in my room. We had a lounge area with couches and a tv which was great to sit in evenings. Also had a fridge and tea/coffee area so we could store snacks and drinks there.

Breakfast very good plenty to eat and choose from.

Lynne was lovely very helpful with advice on dinner options. Had a great stay will definately be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fuaran B&B.
The bad was comfortable, room and bath room large enough.
We had a very nice cooked breakfast.
The town is accessible by a short walk down the hill.
We really can recommend Fuaran B&B.

A lovely home - great room and bathroom.
Lovely seating area where you can watch TV and make a drink - with a fridge!
Off road parking which is great.
5 min walk to the main street and about 10-15 min walk back as its uphill - wear good shoes as its quite steep! But very doable. Breakfast was good although only served at 8am so if your looking for a lie in this might not be the place!
Really great value - one of the best value places I have stayed.

I stayed 7 nights at Fuaran.
On arrival I was welcomed by Brian who showed me around and explained where everything was.
I met Lynne later on who is a lovely lady.
I was then shown to my room a small ensuite double.
The room was nice and cosy, I slept well as the bed was comfortable with good bedding.
The room was well decorated with quality furniture.
The ensuite was immaculate as is the whole house, a good powerful shower with fluffy towels.
There is a guests lounge with a tv, tourist information and guides about Tobermory and the surrounding area.
Tea and Coffee is available in the guest lounge, wifi is available throughout the house with a good signal.
Breakfast is fantastic you have a choice from a cooked or continental, I had the continental every morning it is a good selection and sets you up for the day.
Lynne and Brian are friendly and welcoming people they cannot do enough for you, they welcome you into their home as part of their family rather than a paying guest.
The room rate is very reasonable you get a lot more than you pay for.
I highly recommend this b&b cannot find any fault.

Room Tip: All rooms would be of a good quality

We went to the Isle of Mull for a birthday weekend away. As it was out of season everything was very quiet and we had the B&B to ourselves. It was lovely and clean, the rooms were simple but perfectly nice, very comfy beds and the breakfast was tasty. I would go back to Fuaran in a heartbeat... although it is up many steep hills so sensible shoes is a must for your walk back up the road.

Room Tip: The location would not suit someone with a mobility problem unless you always had transport as it is...

What a piece of luck I chose to ring Lynne's number first! Fuaran is in a lovely quiet position, but not too far from the restaurants etc (I must admit that we drove down on both nights, as we did not trust the weather!).
Lynne is a very good hostess and gave us all the advice we asked for.
I think we probably had the best room, which we found spacious, with everything we needed. The ensuite worked well, with an excellent shower. There was a separate TV lounge with walking guides and maps, which were available for us to borrow.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast, and it was very good too.
Compared to the next B&B we stayed in on the Ross of Mull, Fuaran was amazingly good value for money.

We were visiting the Island of Mull and we foud this little gem to spend our night there. Lynne recieved as warmly and showed our woderful room. It was really confortable and clean. The breakfast was superb.
We recommend this B&B and we think that is a bargain in comparison with other B&B's of the area. Thanks!!

Room Tip: Room 3 was wonderful!
