Just had a meal accompanied with my son. We both cook and I can due to many years of cooking and traveling consider myself a fare critic. The taj has a modern no nonsense menu. There are unfamiliar items along with safe classics. The quality of the ingredients can be tasted on the plate. The staff greet you and explain the menu confidently. Service is excellent. When leaving you are accompanied to the exit and warmly thanked. I gave 5* for value. It's not the cheapest but I know the cost of ingredients and staff. Over the past 5 years of recession costs have quadrupled. So, 5* it is. All other ratings are without question. Top modern quality food from informed friendly and warm staff.
