Ragged Acre is 5 stars in all departments. Janet is a great host, she just wanted to do anything and everything she could to make our short stay the best and it was. Ragged Acre is maintained to the highest possible standard, everything worked as it should and our room was well designed, appointed and spotless. We really enjoyed Janet's company and that of her dog, Lulu. We have travelled a lot in Scotland but it was our first time to the Applecross peninsula which is a stunning place with is spectacular views of Skye on good days.

Janet is a wonderful host. Greeted with tea and home made cake, went down very well after long trip. Room was very clean and comfortable with great attention to detail and lovely soft bedding. The Breakfast was extra special, with many choices. Looking forward to our next trip.

We had the pleasure of staying with Janet one night - upon arrival, we had a lovely cup of tea with homemade flapjacks/chocolate cupcakes and got to know our host better. The room was spotless, and everything seemed perfect from the super fluffy soft towels to the shower to a wonderful scottish brekkie.

Janet has thought of everything and got it spot on - we highly recommend this B&B.
