This is a typical of the current trend in restaurants for minimalism but it is nicely done and not unwelcoming. Good warm greeting from the waitress and shown to a nice table at the rear of the restaurant as requested. Drinks arrived quickly and the menus promised good things to come. The starters of mussels, red mullet, sprats and the chacuterie plate were all top notch and won admiring comments from all of us. Mains of steak, lamb, cheese souffle and skate wing were excellent and no doubt there is a very very good chef in charge of the kitchen.
Service was in the main good and attentive but they need to get all the dishes out at the same time. This might have been a problem with the pass or not enough staff but having food sitting in front of you whilst other dishes are slightly delayed is a bit frustrating particularly with two kids! My guess is that they could struggle a bit in a busy time. Another waiter would make all the difference. That said the food was excellent and I would recommend number 9 as a place to visit.

I am glad to hear your comments about the food quality and the service.
Regarding the time taken in between getting the food to your table, this is not something that we normally hear happening from our customer reviews. However, I apologise that it happened to you and if you come back again let us know and have a complimentary drink as a gesture of good will.
